The #RCIP (Rural Community Immigration Pilot) and #FCIP (Francophone Community Immigration Pilot) officially reopened on January 31, 2025!
RCIP (Rural Community Immigration Pilot) helps workers and their families settle in rural communities in Canada.
FCIP (Francophone Community Immigration Pilot) supports French-speaking communities in settling across Canadian provinces.

Eligibility for Employers:
Businesses must have been operating for at least two years and must be registered as a Designated Organization in the selected community to be eligible to offer jobs to applicants.
Eligibility for Applicants:
Age: 18 years or older and must have completed high school.
Job Offer: Applicants need a valid job offer from an employer participating in the program within an eligible occupation.
Work Experience: At least one year (1,560 hours) of relevant work experience related to the job offer. If applicants don’t have work experience, they must have completed at least a 2-year study program in the province to qualify.
Language Requirement: Minimum CLB 4 in English (RCIP) or CLB 5 in French for all four skills (FCIP).
Proof of Finance: Applicants must show financial support ranging from $8,000 to $21,000, depending on the province's requirements.
